User Agreement

1. Agreement to Use

By creating an account, submitting a form, or otherwise using the CruzFi platform ("Platform"), you ("User") enter into this User Agreement with CruzFi. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Platform. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful business purposes, including:

• Submitting funding assessments and loan applications
• Accessing business finance consulting services
• Using credit building, LLC formation, or branding services
• Communicating with CruzFi advisors regarding your business needs

3. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Platform for personal consumer credit (Platform is for business use only)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy Platform content
• Circumvent security features or access unauthorized areas
• Use the Platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity

4. Data Consent

By using the Platform, you explicitly consent to:

• CruzFi collecting, processing, and storing the personal and business information you provide
• CruzFi sharing your information with our lender network and service partners for the purpose of matching you with funding options
• CruzFi running a soft credit inquiry (where applicable) for pre-qualification purposes — this does not affect your credit score
• CruzFi's lender partners running hard credit inquiries at the formal application stage, with your separate consent at that time
• Storage of your data on secure third-party servers located in the United States

5. Communication Consent

By submitting any form on the Platform, you consent to receiving:

• Email Communications: Application status updates, funding offers, follow-up communications, and marketing emails from CruzFi
• Phone Calls and Text Messages: Advisor calls and SMS messages related to your application or services (msg & data rates may apply)
• Partner Communications: Relevant financial product offers from our vetted partner network

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by contacting us at Capital@cruzfi.com. Transactional communications related to active services may continue.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify CruzFi immediately at Capital@cruzfi.com if you suspect unauthorized access. CruzFi is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

7. Service Availability

CruzFi strives to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. CruzFi is not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime.

8. Termination

CruzFi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. You may also terminate your use at any time. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and disclaimers survive termination.

9. Modifications

CruzFi may update this User Agreement at any time. We will post updated versions on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
