By accessing or using the CruzFi platform ("Platform"), website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CruzFi.
CruzFi provides business finance consulting, lender matching, referral services, credit building advisory, LLC formation assistance, and branding services. CruzFi is NOT a lender, bank, or financial institution. We do not originate, underwrite, or fund loans directly. Our role is to connect clients with third-party lenders and to provide consulting services.
IMPORTANT: CruzFi does not guarantee any loan approval, funding amount, interest rate, or loan terms.
Funding decisions are made exclusively by third-party lenders based on their own underwriting criteria. CruzFi has no control over lender decisions. Submission of an assessment or application through CruzFi does not constitute an offer or guarantee of credit. Results vary significantly based on individual business and credit qualifications.
CruzFi operates as a referral service. When we connect you with a lender who funds your loan, CruzFi may receive a referral fee or compensation from the lender. This compensation does not increase your loan costs. CruzFi may also charge consulting fees for specific services (credit repair, LLC formation, branding) as described in our pricing. All fees are disclosed before services commence.

Consulting fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered. No fee is charged without your explicit agreement.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. By using our Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements. Our services are intended for business use only — not for personal consumer credit.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all forms, assessments, and applications. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services and may constitute fraud under applicable law. CruzFi is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information you provide.
All content on our Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of CruzFi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CRUZFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRUZFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CRUZFI IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CruzFi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CruzFi is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
CruzFi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
